Most vaccination campaigns focus on numbers, how many people got the jab, how many didn’t. But we know our workforce is made up of individuals with unique experiences, questions, and motivations. This survey digs deeper, asking about your beliefs, your feelings, your intentions, and the influence of those around you. It’s a holistic, human approach that’s never been tried at this scale for the whole health and care workforce in our region.

- Perceptions: Is the flu vaccine safe and effective? Do you trust the information you receive?
- Intentions: Are you planning to get vaccinated this season? Will you keep it up in the future?
- Emotions: How do you really feel about the jab, e.g. confident, anxious, reassured?
- Social Influence: Are people around you encouraging you?
- Behaviour: Have you already had your jab? Did you seek out information first?
- Advocacy: Would you recommend the vaccine to others?
